The Guild of Corporate Online Publishers has elected Maureen Chigbo as her President. This happened moments ago at the Guilds AGM holding at the Sheraton Hotels, Ikeja, Lagos state.
The Publisher and founder of realnews magazine who was elected unopposed through an open ballot election expressed her readiness to take the Guild to an enviable height with emphasis on building on all proposals tendered by the Immediate past President of the Guild, Dotun Oladipo, Publisher of the Eagle Online.
Maureen, applauded the Dotun-led executives for their committed spirit in raising the bar and welcome all members to work closely with her. She promises an open door policy and advised that all matters relating to the Guild should be treated with deep passion. She also stressed the concern on how members should relate with her when it comes to information dissemination via the guild's platform.
