Agomoh said that the initiative would assist the government in ensuring that every building, road and bridges constructed in the state meets the required standards.
Borussia Dortmund forward Karim Adeyemi has hit out at criticism linking his poor form to his relationship with rapper Loredana.
The German international and the Swiss-born musician first appeared together publicly on social media in July.
Since then, Adeyemi has struggled with injuries and lack of consistency having shone at times in the prior season.
But he said there was no connection.
“I knew what I was getting myself into, that she is a person who is in the public eye.
“But I found it crass that people reacted like that after a bad game.
“It is not unfair on me because I didn’t play well. It was unfair to my girlfriend.
“She has nothing to do with how I play and perform on the pitch,’’ he said in an interview published by the club.
The 22-year-old would like to see more respect for the private lives of famous people.
“Sometimes I find it strange how some people take it upon themselves to make judgments about people they don’t know,’’ he added.
Adeyemi was self-critical of his performances so far this season and a place in the Germany squad for the home Euros in June looked far from certain.
“It wasn’t a good first half of the season. I’m not happy with myself.
“You don’t often get a European Championship in your own country. Of course, you want to be there and play for your country.
“But I first have to get fit again and show myself,’’ he said amid criticism of him pulling out of a Germany under-21 squad in November.
