“Inspite of the fact that I have bedd Edn responsible for our two children’s welfare, Adedoyin does not allow them sleep over in my house.
“She is raising the children in an Islamic home, that is, her new husband’s house, whereas, I am a Christian,”Adewale said.

Adedoyin, a caterer and a resident of 26 Opeyemi, Idiroko, Asolo in Ibadan consented to the suit.
“My lord, don’t give Adewale custody of the children because they have been with me for about 10 years now.
“They are not used to him. He makes provision for their needs in addition to paying their school fees,”she clarified.
Delivering judgment , the Court President, Mrs S.M. Akintayo, pronounced the marriage between Adewale and Adedoyin dissolved.
