Ondo First Female Speaker Gives Birth To First Child At 54

Mrs. Jumoke Akindele-Ajulo has given birth to her first child at the age of 54. She is the first female Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly.

Akindele, who served in the Assembly from 2011 to 2019 as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, was elected speaker in 2014 and expelled in 2017.

In the Assembly, she represented Okitipupa State Constituency 1.
