Nollywood star, Chidi Mokeme set for 3rd marriage
Chidi Mokeme, a Nollywood actor, revealed his romantic involvement with his colleague Chioma Akpotha while discussing his emotions for her.
The actor who revealed the information stated in an Instagram post that they have both been concealing something from the public for some time.
He stated that he is unable to contain his admiration and affection for Chioma Akpotha and that he is unable to provide an explanation for his feelings towards her, which have prompted them both to emerge from their private lives.
Later, Chidi uploaded a video to his Instagram page in which he stated:
“Hello friends and family, I have an important announcement to bring to you. I don’t think I can keep it a secret anymore. A pregnancy cannot be kept hidden for so long. So for some time now, Chioma and I have had something going, and we have kept it away from you guys until we are ready to bring it to you.
‘‘We have found favour in each other’s eyes, and as such, we think that we have a lot in common, and we have decided to share our time together, and now we bring you the good news of a union that has been made from heaven. This good news is of a calling by God”.
Ultimately, two cannot collaborate unless they have reached an agreement.
Dr. Jean Olumba and Chidi Mokeme were previously married on Saturday, April 28.
The same day, Adia Ukoyen, the media consultant and Chidi's baby mother, married Curtis Imodufen.
Although they share a 14-year-old son, Chidi and Adia divorced when the child was two years old.
Adia, who maintains close friendships with her baby papa, revealed that she obtained information regarding her ex-boyfriend's wedding date by calling him to apprise him of her forthcoming nuptials on April 28, 2012.
As he was attending his mother's wedding, Chidi's son was unable to attend his father's nuptials.
Mokeme exchanged traditional vows with Dr. Jean Chinwe Olumba in Owerri, the capital of Imo State.
Jane is reportedly a physician with a practise in Baltimore, United States of America. The church nuptials of the actor were held in Lagos the following Saturday.
