According to the statement, the governor directed that all the affected commissioners should hand over their current responsibilities to the Permanent Secretaries of their respective ministries with immediate effect.
It further directed them to assume their new roles without delay to ensure continuity in government operations.
Kaula-Mohammed quoted the governor as expressing confidence that the reorganisations would bring fresh perspectives and renewed energy to the affected ministries.
“I call on all the stakeholders to support these changes as we work together for the progress and development of our dear state,” Radda urged.
Supreme News recalls that the governor had earlier held a joint meeting with the 34 Local Government Council Chairmen, members of the State House of Assembly, and members of the State Executive Council over local government autonomy.
The governor has proceeded on a one-month vacation beginning from July 18 to August 18.
He had since handed over the affairs of the state to his deputy, Malam Faruk Lawal-Jobe, to serve in an acting capacity.
