JUST IN: Dog attacks owner's son in Rivers, kills him

A 4-year-old child has died in the Etche local government area of Rivers State after being attacked by his father's dog.

A Facebook user disclosed in a post on Monday, July 17, 2023, that the incident occurred in Chokota this morning (Monday).

He claimed the dog attacked the toddler, who died before being rescued.

The state police command is expected to issue an official statement on the incident.
