Poem: ECHI DIME [TOMORROW IS PREGNANT]

Tomorrow is pregnant so said an adage

This has been a problem in my head and I need salvage

It means my own tomorrow is pregnant, is yours too?

I don’t need just a yes without a clue

Who got her pregnant, did you? Forgive my question if it sounds stupid

Oh I need a mechanic to service my brain, change the oil and restart

Only then can I remember ever laying with my own tomorrow

Doctor can you run a scan on my tomorrow, I need to know what’s coming

He said no, the machine would fail and if I abort I will die without a trail

But it’s simple; take good care of your today and your tomorrow would give birth to prosperity

Yes! That’s the baby everybody wants to nurse, nobody wants to cuddle failure

Whatever comes out of the labor room is mine, to enjoy or suffer

If the fruit is good, oh even the Abu Dhabi’s would envy me

I need not be a king to seat on a throne or a governor to move on convoy

It mustn’t be my birthday before I would be celebrated

I must not be Jesus before I can feed a five thousand or David to sing halleluiah!

But if the fruit is rotten, oh God forbid!

Even before I turn a caricature they would laugh at me

They would say no even before I start to ask, tell me get out before I get in

They won’t wait for me to smell before covering their nose

So I prophesy to my pregnant tomorrow, it shall be well with you!

God please grant my tomorrow a safe delivery am expecting a bouncing baby prosperity

Sweetheart Push! Push!! Yes push!!!
